1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LeapfrogIQ Apps ("the Service") at leapfrogiq.app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeapfrogIQ Apps provides free browser-based utility tools including but not limited to file format converters, calculators, and asset generators. The tools are designed to process files locally in your browser and do not require account creation or file uploads to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

You may use LeapfrogIQ Apps tools for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service in bulk.
  • Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.

4. Your Content

Files you upload to LeapfrogIQ Apps tools are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. You retain all rights to your content. We make no claim to ownership of any files you process using the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The LeapfrogIQ Apps interface, branding, and code are owned by LeapfrogIQ. Open-source libraries used (such as Imagetracer.js, JSZip, FileSaver.js) are subject to their respective licenses. You may not reproduce or redistribute the LeapfrogIQ Apps brand, design, or code without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any specific purpose. File conversion quality depends on the source file and conversion algorithm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeapfrogIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of business, or conversion errors.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LeapfrogIQ operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
